Our Testing Philosophy rests on a solid framework of the best practices in the industry characterized by planned strategy, defined processes, proper execution and effective governance.
The testing roadmap traverses four stages which amalgamates domain expertise with clear process guidelines to meet defined objectives.
Strategic Approach

In accordance with the above, we initiate the customer engagement with a stringent assessment of the QA (Quality Assurance) strategy. This sets in motion a comprehensive plan for a QA roadmap. A Test Process Improvement (TPI) framework is put in place. This is accentuated by a Value Based Testing (VBT) approach that identifies areas of improvements. This phase includes extensive planning for the delivery model and QA optimization.
Process
"Success is a process more than a realization"
Taking the process approach a step further is our philosophy of integrating HITS best practices with the customer’s existing methodologies. A working synergy of the processes is defined and the best fit for the customer is arrived at. All processes are aligned towards defect prevention. This is in tune with the Early Defect Detection Framework (EDDF) to drastically cut the cost of error fixing to negligible levels and integrating the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. This ensures all changes are manageable and
low risk.
Execution

We perform functional (manual / automated) or performance testing based on the client’s requirement. We provide End to End (E2E) services with an accent on flexibility to exceed customer expectations.
Governance
We regulate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) and provide visibility to management. Service parameters include monitoring of Portfolio, Change and Risk Management.
