This program offers the following services:
Hexaware Support and Maintenance meets the client’s Application Support requirements 12 hours per day, five days a week. In addition, emergency Operational Support is available 24 hours a day. Software Support and Maintenance also ensures that the client receives the latest software support patches to enhance the services with the most recent SAP version.
As an added benefit for enterprise customers, Hexaware also provides optional dedicated fulltime and on-call specialized teams to meet the client support requirements.
Apart from the above service offerings, Hexaware also provides Performance Tuning, Upgrade Analysis and Business Analysis. Hexaware’s proprietary accelerator kits, including the HexaSAP Inventorizer, HexaSAP Uploader, HexaSAP Alert Notifier, HexaSAP Change identifier enable optimal go-to-market time and cost. The re-platforming services enable customers to migrate to a newer platform for technology and/or system consolidation reasons.
Other services include Standard Technical and Business Upgrades. Hexaware’s solution offers a guaranteed 30 to 40% savings by leveraging a proven Onshore-Offshore delivery model and following the Solution Manager based methodology. Upgrade Accelerators available at Hexaware enables reduction of upgrade project time lines by 15 to 25%.
