Reji brings with him over 17 years of experience in business development, program management, and business consultancy in the IT Industry. In his most recent assignment before joining Hexaware, he was heading the global sales for IT & ITES at Kale Consultants. Reji has worked with leading IT companies such as Wipro Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Reji's academic credentials are noteworthy. He has a Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Powai, Mumbai, where he secured a 2nd Rank. He, subsequently, did a Post Graduate Diploma in International Professional Shipping and Logistics Management from DetNorske Shipping Akademy, Oslo, Norway, where he secured a 1st Rank. This was followed by an M.Sc from World Maritime University, Sweden, where he again secured a 2nd Rank. He was a fellow of NORAD.
