The Hexaware C-Summit is now into its fourth successful year. The content rich agenda allows time for networking, and provides opportunities for recreation. This year’s summit will be held from Oct 24 – 26, at the delightfully well appointed Four Seasons in Las Vegas, the perfect setting for an invigorating experience!
The theme we have chosen is designed to highlight the bringing of velocity, drive, and energy into everything we do from a business perspective. Acceleration applies to everything. When we follow an ‘accelerate’ philosophy, Business is truly impassioned, energized, and boosted in every possible way. Acceleration also signifies the drive to be better, do better, surpass the current level, exceed expectations, push the limits and cross barriers leading to true excellence.

The keynote speaker for the event is Harvard professor John Kotter, widely regarded as the foremost authority on leadership and change. John Kotter’s international bestseller Leading Change—which outlined an actionable, 8-step process for implementing successful transformations—became the change bible for managers around the world. Joined by several other eminent thinkers and practioners of successful business transformation, the C Summit 07 will stimulate thought and accelerate action. |

Much of what we learn comes from experience; our own, as well as others’. Shared learning is acceleration at work, and the C-Summit format of thought leadership and networking, makes for a truly unique experience.
CSummit06 was a cherished experience for every delegate. It was held at The Phoenician, in picturesque Scottsdale, Arizona. The presence of stalwarts like Business Management guru Tom Peters; Forrester Chairman, George Colony; and Scott Adams of the “Dilbert “ fame made the programme a pleasurable blend of business, technology and culture. The CSummit agenda focused on “Reinvention” in today’s business context. It represented Hexaware’s infinite capacity for vision, a vision to reinvent, to rediscover in a dynamic global environment. Take a stroll down memory lane.
