Mr.Deependra Chumble is Hexaware’s Chief People Officer.
Chumble brings with him a vast experience of over 20 years in Human Resources Management. He began his career with the Taj Hotels. He has been the Head-HR for the Technology function at Standard Chartered Bank in Mumbai and the HR Head for East Zone with HSBC in Kolkata. He, then, moved to eFunds, and subsequently worked in the USA
Before joining Hexaware, Chumble was the HR Chief of JP Morgan’s IT/ITES operations in Mumbai. During his tenure, the JPM organization doubled to over 6700 employees. He is an MBA from IMDR,Pune.
