As Jack Welch states "Globalization has changed us into a company that searches the world, not just to sell or to source, but to find intellectual capital - the world's best talents and greatest ideas." We, at Hexaware, aim to further expand our geographic delivery footprint in our relentless hunt for the best in class intellectual capital. Through the launch of our state of the art Business Intelligence practice or pushing the HR transformation envelope, we will help our customers work with the best global intellectual capital possible.
Presently,

Hexaware has 6 development centers and 30 offices worldwide. Our Mexico center should double in size within this year, and we are keen to set up a development facility in Eastern Europe and perhaps another one next year in China/APAC. While many global customers today demand a global development coverage, we are excited by the possibility of tapping local talent and expanding our managerial bandwidth.
We endeavour to provide our internal stake holders with work opportunities at these new global facilities alongside people from different nationalities and cultures. This is our roadmap to becoming a truly global corporation.

Cheers
