Atul Nishar
Founder & Executive Chairman |
| Atul Nishar has rich experience in promoting, setting up and managing information technology companies and his expertise spans Strategic Planning, Information Management, Financial resource management, Product Development and Marketing. He is the driving force of the group's strategic direction and marketing focus and under his leadership, Hexaware Technologies, which he founded in 1990, has grown into a multi-million dollar global software services and solutions corporation. He founded Aptech Limited in 1985 (and was the Chairman till recently when the promoter's stake was divested), which has now grown into a leading global IT Training company spread across 52 countries.
As an active and known figure of the Indian IT industry, Atul Nishar has been associated with NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies, the apex body of software and service companies in India) for several years in various capacities and became its Chairman for Year 2000. He continues to be on the Executive Council of NASSCOM. He is also a Charter Member of The Indus Enterpreneurs (TiE), a Member on the Government of Maharashtra Chief Minister's Steering Committee on Information Technology and Biotechnology, and an Expert Member on the Information Technology Committee of Indian Merchants Chamber (2002-2003).
He was Member of National Executive Committee (2000) of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chairman of the Information Technology Committee (2001-2002) and member of the Steering Committee of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), and also a member of the Governing Board of National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) from 1999 - 2002.
He is a Co-Founder of Infinity Technology Investments Pvt. Ltd. - a leading Venture Capital Fund.
He has published several articles on Information Technology in "Business India" and "The Economic Times". He has been a speaker at several national and international forums including conferences of NASSCOM, TiE, World Congress on Information Technology, Egypt's International Economic Forum Annual Conference, US Consulate, IIT, FICCI, and CII.
Atul Nishar received his Bachelors in Commerce from Mumbai University, Degree in Law from Mumbai University and is also an FCA (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).

P R Chandrasekar

P.R.Chandrasekar has a successful track record of driving revenue growth for a company including experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, channel development and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Hexaware, he was President Americas and Europe at Wipro and was responsible for the strategic development of these geographies. Chandrasekar joined Wipro in May 2000 from GE India where he was Director, Business Development.
He has a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M) and has done his MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. Chandrasekar will be based out of Hexaware's office in New Jersey.

Anirban Chakraborty
Senior Vice President & Global Head - Emerging Markets |
Anirban leads the Manufacturing, Healthcare, all Non BFSI and Non TTHL businesses globally at Hexaware.
Anirban brings over 19 years of experience in IT services, business solutions and building relationships with MNCs and local market leaders in various industry verticals in North America & Asia Pacific.
Anirban joins Hexaware from TCS where he was Head of Life Sciences for North America handled the P&L for Pharma, Biotech, Medical device and diagnostic clients. Earlier, at TCS he was the Global Relationship Director for Citigroup and was responsible for execution of strategic partnership planning, delivery and relationship management. He has also handled other roles as Regional Head and APAC delivery head. Prior to TCS, he spent 5 years with Indian giants like HMT CNC systems and SAIL.
Anirban is a B. E. graduate from Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College, Gorakhpur, India.

Deepak Rao

Deepak heads the global BFSI business at Hexaware. He joins Hexaware from Siemens Information Systems Ltd where he was Vice President - Financial Services Vertical and was spearheading the company's growth in US, UK and India.
Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from IIT, Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from IIM, Kolkata, Deepak started his career in 1985 with Philips India and since then has worked with organizations like KPMG Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, Infosys, and Wipro. He has the distinction of having focused on the BFSI sector for most part of his long career and played senior leadership roles in most of these organizations.

Deependra Chumble

Deependra Chumble brings with him a vast experience of over 20 years in Human Resources Management. He began his career with the Taj Hotels. He has been the Head-HR for Technology function at Standard Chartered Bank in Mumbai and the HR Head for East Zone with HSBC in Kolkata. He then moved to eFunds, and subsequently worked in USA.
Before joining Hexaware, Chumble was the HR Chief of JP Morgan’s IT/ITES operations in Mumbai. During his tenure, the JPM organization doubled to over 6700 employees. He is an MBA from IMDR, Pune. |

Moorthi Chokkanathan
Executive Vice President & Global Head - Enterprise Solutions |
Moorthi Chokkanathan heads the global Enterprise Solutions business at Hexaware. He is responsible for project delivery and has been a key player in driving Hexaware’s growth since 1998.
Moorthi holds a degree in B.Tech from IIT, Chennai and an MBA from the University of Madras. He has over 24 years of experience in the software services and consulting field. Moorthi is a techno-commercial manager with experience in global firms, and has held senior positions in companies including Decision Technologies in the US, and GTE in Australia.
Moorthi was instrumental in building the Enterprise Solutions and HR-IT practices at Hexaware. He conceptualized and incubated HexaLab - Hexaware’s Innovation center. |

N Nataraj
Chief Information Officer |
Nataraj is responsible for entire global IT operations including Information Systems Group and Systems Technology Group at Hexaware.
Nataraj has 18 years of industry experience in the field of Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) and Security. Before Hexaware, he was the CIO of Aztecsoft where he was responsible for IT/IS/Security and Infrastructure Business. His earlier stints included working for organizations like Ericsson Software centre, India Wipro, and Hughes Software Systems in leadership positions.
Mr. Nataraj, an influential CIO among his peers is known for his technical know-how and has received many awards for his IT implementation projects across different industries. In the near past, he was declared a winner of the Innovative CIO-100 award by International Publishing Services (IDG). He is a familiar voice on panel discussions which are feature on leading electronic TV channels and he has been a speaker in the worldwide CTO Forum.
He is involved with various community activities, with a focus on education. He has had the honour of being the Chief Guest at Niyam-06, a techno-cultural fest organised by the Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology and the Guest of Honour at Mahavir Jain Engineering College.

Prateek Aggarwal

Prateek Aggarwal has over 17 years of strong and varied experience in a diverse set of financial roles. Prior to Hexaware, Prateek was Head of Finance of the Software Division of HCL Technologies for the last 2.5 year. In his previous roles, he was with GE Capital International Services, leading the Financial Planning and Analysis function. He had a long tenure of 12 years with Hindustan Lever Ltd and he was the CFO of their Haircare SBU in his last assignment with them.
Prateek is a Management graduate from IIM-Calcutta and a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University. He will be operating from Hexaware's Mumbai location.

Rajiv Pant
President - North America Operations |
Rajiv Pant heads the North American Operations for Hexaware. He joined Hexaware from Wipro Technologies, where he was Vice President of Enterprise Solutions spending nearly a decade in roles of increasing responsibility. Pant has also worked with Apple Computer and Microsoft.
He has a dual degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani with a Master of Science in Chemistry and Master of Management Studies. Rajiv will be based at the Hexaware's office in New Jersey.

Ramanan R V

| Ramanan is currently the Global Delivery Head at Hexaware Technologies. He has over 18 years of experience in managing large to medium size projects for overseas clients across various environments : Internet, client/server, mainframe and open systems. He has extensive experience in providing technology solutions for various organizations in India, Europe and USA. In his last assignment before joining Hexaware, he was the Chief Architect for Citibank implementing Banking Software solutions in the European sector.
R V Ramanan holds a Post Graduate degree in Technology from I.I.T. Delhi.

R U Srinivas

R U Srinivas is a complete and passionate believer in the outsourcing concept. Declared HRO Superstar two times in a row (2006 and 2007) by HRO Today, R U is a perfectionist and strives to enhance the operational drivers at Caliber Point.
He has worked for nearly 2 decades across India, Singapore and the US in leading global companies across various industries including Audit, Banking, IT and ITES companies, in a wide range of roles including Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance, Corporate Planning, Quality and Operations.
Among his other successes, he has built and headed the HR Shared Service Center of Standard Chartered Bank, and was part of the initial team that pioneered the development of the eSCM model with Carnegie Mellon University.
R U is a Chartered Accountant from India, and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Sunil Surya

Sunil is responsible for Hexaware's business and operations for the European Region. Under his leadership the region has grown to contribute over quarter of Hexaware's corporate revenues.
Sunil also globally manages Hexaware's Travel, Transportation, Hospitality and Logistics (TTHL) practice in addition to directing the Global Marketing Operations.
He has established alliances with leading Software Companies and has executed major contracts for global corporations across Europe. Sunil has had extensive international experience in Marketing and Business Consulting. During his career spanning over 25 years, he has designed and implemented several market entry strategies for new and established Software Services Companies in USA, Europe and Far East. He brings over a decade of experience in structuring and managing large outsourcing deals for Fortune 500 companies
Sunil has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Bombay.
Sunil is a member of CSSA, IOD, BCS and an invited member to Technology Empowerment Network (TEN) promoted by the World Economic Forum.

Vaughn Paladin
Senior Vice President and Global Head - BTO Business |
Vaughn is the co-founder of FocusFrame, Inc., the BTO services company acquired by Hexaware in 2006. Vaughn now leads our combined global BTO practice which includes all automated and manual testing, load and performance testing, system monitoring and other systems quality practices. He has been instrumental in the development of our BTO methodology as well as many of our patent-pending test accelerators and our new OneSource solution.
Vaughn gained extensive executive management and leadership experience working for Big 5 consulting firms before co-founding FocusFrame. Vaughn was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (now CGEY), where he developed the West Coast CRM practice for the High Growth services group. He was also a manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). These delivery roles helped him gain experience in multiple project management responsibilities in numerous industries including high technology, finance, and manufacturing.
Vaughn earned a BS and an MBA from Washington University.

Yogen Shah

Yogen manages business development in India, Middle East and Asia Pacific including Australia and Japan. His responsibilities include management of large key accounts and international sales, marketing, business development and sales operations. He has managed multi-year multi-million dollar large IT projects globally.
Yogen has been working with Hexaware right from the inception of the North American operations in 1995.He has opened new territories like Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan and New Zealand and commenced the Global Airlines Practice for providing IT services to global aviation industry. Yogen has strong IT project delivery as well as IT business development background.
He has over 27 years experience in IT industry. Prior to joining Hexaware, Yogen was the General Manager of Unisys in Bahrain for 13 years and Senior IT Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services, India for 4 years.
Yogen has a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering, and M.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT, Bombay. |
